This position will be part-time and work from home. In-house training and periodic office visits as required.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:


  • Build honest business relationships and rapport through phone and email communication
  • Form meaningful and profitable business relationships while ensuring mutual benefit to prospective partners
  • Dive into research and analysis of potential partners to identify existing marketplace pain points, needs, or opportunities
  • Understand the suppliers' businesses and points of view while balancing etailz's requirements and priorities
  • Negotiate with prospects to obtain mutually beneficial account terms
  • Maintain the Supplier Relationship Management database with all prospect and supplier information
  • Maintain professionalism and maturity when communicating with suppliers
  • Meet/exceed performance goals and expectations

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3 years' experience in relationship based sales, brand management, marketing or ecommerce preferred
  • Able to produce exemplary results whether working independently or collaborating with a team
  • Able to balance persistence, integrity and patience while seeking new accounts
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls with confidence
  • Be a superior interpersonal communicator who can quickly build rapport
  • Impressive organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Efficiently juggle multiple assignments and responsibilities efficiently
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A hard-working, honest, fun human being with a positive, "can-do" mindset
