The IT Support team will be responsible for deploying new servers, configuring routers, setting up virtual environments and many other IT related tasks.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:


  • Implement and manage all aspects of small business technology infrastructure
  • Office 365, virtual servers, Windows service support (2008/2012/2016)
  • Configure and Troubleshoot network & system issues - PF Sense Firewalls
  • Manage project priorities
  • Advanced networking - VLAN configuration
  • Active directory
  • Distributed wireless configuration
  • Email filtering concept
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides


  • Advanced networking knowledge including VLAN configuration.
  • 5+ years of experience or strong technical knowledge if less
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time and have excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Able to communicate with customers and interact with users who have little computer knowledge, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of DNS
  • Previous experience with network and server administration
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • VPN experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Need to know server 2008/2012/2016, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Solid understanding VPN, networking, active directory, distributed wireless configuration, and email filtering concepts
  • Firewall/Routing (prefer PF Sense, Cisco)
