Overview:

The etailz Search Marketing Coordinator helps conceptualize and manage vendor search marketing initiatives. This includes the development, execution and analysis of strategy, as well as, data collection for campaign optimization. The Search Marketing Coordinator works with internal teams to build proposals and vital resources for vendors that are mutually beneficial for both the vendor and etailz.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to recruit additional suppliers to participate in marketing initiatives
  • Help internal teams develop a strategic vision for the vendors and brands regarding marketplace marketing
  • Manage campaigns to drive success, generating a positive ROI for both the vendor and etailz
  • Identify new growth opportunities for vendors to increase sales and brand awareness; communicate with internal teams
  • Balance etailz requirements/priorities with the vendors' businesses and strategic goals
  • Understand and present the value proposition of etailz's channels both internally and externally
  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy
  • Campaign performance data analyzation

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Business preferred
  • 1+ years' online marketing, SEM, or advertising with emphasis on account management
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing performance metrics
  • Understanding of data collection and metric manipulation
  • Experience with marketing case studies & objectives
  • Strong understanding and experience with Excel
  • Experience with software and editing tools (including SRM, and SQL databases)
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and relationship building skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to strategize and problem solve expeditiously
  • Strong interpersonal skills
