Responsibilities

  • Assess, manage and validate vendors' needs on an ongoing basis
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the vendors' organizations
  • Set proper expectations and provide clear status updates
  • Drive growth for our vendors by developing a growth strategy that involves selection expansion, traffic-driving initiatives and data quality improvement to increase conversion
  • Analyze the vendors' businesses by conducting deep-dive analyses and providing routine reporting on each vendor's current businesses and future opportunities
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data and research
  • Liaise with vendors and other employees
  • Carry out specific projects and research
  • Act as the primary point of contact and the "face of etailz" with our vendors
  • Take part in the decision-making process across multiple teams

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of work experience in retail, marketing, sales or customer service
  • 1+ year of experience in a supplier relations position preferred
  • Experience prioritizing and managing customer needs and expectations preferred
  • Superior interpersonal communication abilities, public speaking skills and relationship-building expertise
  • Produce exemplary results whether working independently or collaborating with your team
  • Impressive attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented and get a rush from accomplishment
  • Able to dazzle anyone in-person, on the phone and via email
  • Hard-working, honest, fun human being
