In this role you are responsible for to identifying and assessing partnership opportunities with etailz’s partners by creating a process and tailored brand plan to move the relationships forward. Partnership opportunities must include alignment of vision and goals for both the brand and etailz.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth for our vendor accounts, by developing a growth strategy that involves: selection expansion, marketplace expansion, premium pricing, traffic-driving initiatives, and data quality improvement to increase conversion
  • Understand the vision, mission and goal of each vendor and develop an aligned holistic brand plan
  • Responsible for implementing and executing growth strategies that improve market share by improving a vendor’s reputation, position on marketplace, and customer experience.
  • Set proper expectations and provide clear status updates
  • Assess, manage, and validate vendors’ needs on an ongoing basis
  • Act as the primary point of contact and the "face of etailz" with our vendors
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the vendors' organizations
  • Mentor Associate level employees to help with their growth into a Coordinator
  • Continually lead by example and provide training to the team as time permits.
  • Be a team player by always acting with the best intentions of the team in mind.
  • Continually innovate on tools, and services that would be beneficial to our partners and employees
  • When working on decision that will financially impact the company use leadership as a resource when reaching the final decision.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German when communicating in person, over the phone and in writing
  • 1+ year of work experience in account management, sales & marketing preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a supplier relations position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to educate a vendor about marketplaces and etailz
  • Ability to listen to a company’s overarching goal and create an aligned marketplace plan to achieve these goals
  • Ability to be the liaison between internal departments in order to optimize product selection, content, marketing and overall representation of a brand
  • Superior communication abilities, including public speaking, relationship-building and networking skills
  • Produce exemplary results whether working independently or collaborating with your awesome team
